*Note that you need to pre-register for PSA. PSA's are not available to walk-in participants)
A basic blood chemistry profile includes: blood counts, cardiac risk ratio, comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel, hemogram and TSH). An 8 hour fast requested prior to blood screening. Must be 18 or older to obtain this screening.
NOTE: Please allow extra time for walk in registration or Pre-register by March 31st. Pre-registration forms available at our Family Medical Centers and also in pdf format HERE. Please allow, at a minimum, a half hour for blood chemistries. Our busiest time for blood chemistries are between 6:00am - 8:30am, so please plan accordingly.
