Blood Chemistry and
PSA with Blood Chemistry
A basic blood chemistry profile includes: blood counts, cardiac risk ratio, comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel, hemogram and TSH). An 8 hour fast requested prior to blood screening. Must be 18 or older to obtain this screening.
A PSA test is available for men with the blood chemistry. Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) is a protein produced by cells of the prostate gland. The PSA test measures the level of PSA in the blood.
