At Memorial Hospital, we extend a warm welcome to you and your family. The Assisted Living Unit of Memorial Hospital offers medical and rehabilitation care to patients.
Your physician may recommend a short stay to stabilize your condition and increase your independence. We offer physical, occupational and speech therapies. Our social services director is available to help with patient/family concerns and discharge planning.
Memorial Hospital is also licensed as a skilled nursing facility. Skilled nursing care may be paid in part or whole by Medicare. The social worker or director of patient care services will help you and your family to determine the probability of Medicare or private insurance eligibility. The business office of Memorial Hospital is also available to assist with financial arrangements.
