Disclaimer: MHCS is pleased to offer e-card access to its patients who are currently admitted to Memorial Hospital. Although an attempt will be made to deliver the e-card directly to the patient, delivery cannot be guaranteed. If the card is received on a weekend, holiday or during off-hours, it will be delivered when and if possible. If the recipient is discharged before delivery is made, an attempt will be made to mail the e-card to the patient.
